Digital Standards Manager (DSM) is a key role at Let IT Work, where you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, serving as their external IT and quality department. You will help companies bring order to their Microsoft 365 environment through smart, standardised structures, clear working methods and sustainable improvement initiatives. The role combines client management, change management and practical improvement work.
In this role, you will:
– Drive sales and customer relations for your projects
– Implement our predefined structure in Teams and SharePoint
– Establish guidelines and document processes
– Lead change initiatives and train colleagues
– Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer’s digital environment
– Contribute to Let IT Work’s development and new customer solutions
