Exhibitor package

At InWest Career Day 2025, there will be two exhibition packages available.

Basic package

7,990 SEK
  • Accommodation for two people (including breakfast and lunch)
  • Stand space (1x2m)
Register

Premium package

14,990 SEK (limited number of places)
  • Space for three people (including breakfast and lunch)
  • Stand location in the premium zone (yellow zone on the map below)
  • Larger stand size (2x3m)
  • Opportunity to include materials in student goodie bags
  • Marketing via InWest’s Instagram

In addition to the packages above, your company will have the option to purchase add-ons. Some of the add-ons are already included in the premium package.

Add-ons

  • Space for an extra person (including breakfast & lunch) – 150kr
  • Extra stand size (price depends on the desired stand size)
  • Marketing
    • Instagram post – 600 SEK
    • Advertising space in SHV’s newsletter Skitviktigt in October or November – SEK 1,000
  • Include materials in student goodie bags (you are responsible for providing the materials)
    • Small – flyers, lanyards or similar items – 500 SEK
    • Medium – information booklet, deck of cards or similar in small format – 1000kr
    • Large – water bottle or similar in size – 1,500 SEK

Deadline for registration: 5 November

Registration is binding from one month before the exhibition date, i.e. from 26 October.

Frequently asked questions

We’ll be based at Högskolan Väst, on the ground floor from the Service Centre in the ‘stråket/KC corner’ right up to the entrance to Building J. We’ve also booked the AIL exhibition room (Building D), depending on the number of exhibitors.

We in the project team will be wearing InWest vests throughout the day so you can easily spot us.
