For Industrial Economics students at Let IT Work in Trollhättan

Let IT Work is a start-up in Trollhättan that helps small and medium-sized enterprises to organise their processes, digital systems and working methods. We offer both digital business systems and services with a focus on improvement initiatives, process management and change management.

Just over a year ago, the company was restructured, the packaging of the offering was developed and a new organisation was created. The new direction, business model and market strategy need to be documented and analysed.

The aim of this thesis is therefore to analyse, document and further develop Let IT Work’s business model using the Business Model Canvas, and to develop a go-to-market strategy based on customer insights and market analyses.

Suggested research questions:

– How can the business model be improved to create scalability and clear customer value?
– Which customer segments have the greatest need and potential?
– How should Let IT Work position itself to reach these customers?
– How can Let IT Work optimise its go-to-market strategy in terms of positioning, communication and sales channels?
